摘  要:目的分析品管圈(QCC)在提高门诊药房患者用药交待率中的应用效果。方法随机抽查2018年1月至7月我院门诊药房工作人员指导患者用药的情况。利用头脑风暴法分析用药交待率低的原因,并评价有形成果(用药交待率)和无形成果(圈能力)。结果参与QCC活动前、后用,用药交待率由37.33%上升至80.67%。QCC活动制定了用药交待制度和用药交待标准化流程,制作了门诊用药交待卡片,同时圈员工作积极性、解决问题能力、责任心等方面均得到了提升。结论 QCC的应用可以有效提高门诊药房患者用药交待率,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of quality control circle(QCC)in improving the medication directions rate of patients in outpatient pharmacy.Methods The medication situation of our hospital's outpatient pharmacy staff instructing patients from January to July 2018 were checked randomly.Brainstorming method was used to analyze the reasons for the low medication directions rate,and tangible results(medication directions rate)and intangible results(circle ability)were evaluated.Results Before and after participating in QCC activities,the medication directions rate increased from 37.33%to 80.67%.QCC activities developed the medication directions system and standardized medication directions process,and produced outpatient medication directions cards.At the same time,the enthusiasm,problem-solving ability and responsibility sense and so on of the circle members were improved.Conclusion The application of QCC can effectively improve the medication directions rate of outpatient pharmacy patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
