摘 要:加拿大油砂矿区的开发成本高,极大地限制了当地油砂矿的投资和开发,为了降低油砂矿建设投资费用,从如何利用中国制造角度对油砂井场地面设施展开模块化设计研究。介绍了油砂井场地面设施组成及特点,分析了井场内装备技术要求及国产化可行性,依据井场工艺特点和运输条件提出了小型标准化模块快速拼接技术方法。以中国某海外油砂矿区井场为例,给出了具体的设计案例,极大降低了油田开发成本,为中国制造走进北美油砂市场提供有力的技术支持。In Canada,the investment and development of oil sand mine are considerably limited by the high capital costs.In order to reduce the development capital cost,the modular design approach of surface facilities was studied for the oil sand wellpad from the perspective of how to use Chinese sourced equipment.In this paper,the types and characteristics of surface facilities for oil sand wellpad are introduced,and the technical requirements of equipment in the wellpad and the feasibility of localization are analyzed.According to the process characteristics and transportation conditions of the wellpad,a new method of fast splicing for small standardized modules is proposed.Taking a wellpad in an overseas oil sand mining project developed by Chinese company as an example,a specific design case based on China sourcing is given.This approach greatly reduces the development cost of that oil field and provides strong technical reference for the export of Chinese equipment and modules to oil sand development market in North America.
