摘 要:果园生草是一项现代果园管理技术,该技术可有效控制果园杂草、提高土壤质量。本试验探讨了光叶紫花苕和鼠茅草两种果园专用草种植三年后对柑桔果园土壤理化性质与微生物群落的影响。结果表明,两种草种植三年后土壤覆盖度达90%~95%,草层高30~40cm。两种草均能降低土壤容重、增加总孔隙度,显著增加土壤有机质、碱解氮、有效磷含量,提高土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶活性,促进土壤中细菌与真菌的丰富度和多样性。本试验旨在为推广柑桔果园生草技术、促进生态控制杂草、提高土壤质量提供数据理论支撑。Grass mulching is a modern orchard soil management mode.It can control weed and improve soil qualities.This study analyzed the effect of two grasses,common vetch and rattail fescue,planting three years on soil properties and microbial community in citrus orchard.The results showed that the coverage of two grass was 90%~95%,and thickness was 30~40 cm.The grasses both reduced bulk density and increased soil porosity.The soil organic matter contents and available N and P contents were also increased in two grasses mulching soil.In addition,the soil enzyme activities and the diversity and composition of microbial communities were improved.This studyed aimed to provide data theory support for spreading grass mulching in citrus orchard,promoting ecological weed control,and improve soil properties.
