高电压下多孔氧化铝薄膜结构色的制备及分析

摘  要:多孔氧化铝的微观结构对其光学性能有着显著影响。本文采用高电压制备了普通阳极氧化铝薄膜(单层薄膜)和经高电压表面处理后的光子晶体(多层薄膜),通过理论分析,并结合扫描电镜分别对两种环形氧化铝薄膜建立了微观结构模型图。研究表明:在磷酸电解液中,使用一步阳极氧化方法制备的普通阳极氧化铝多种环形结构色,从中心到边缘结构色逐渐蓝移;在草酸电解液中制备的光子晶体,在高电压下通过控制氧化条件同样可以制备出光子晶体多种环形结构色,且从中心向边缘结构色逐渐红移。The microstructure of porous alumina has a significant effect on its optical properties.In this paper,common anodized aluminum(monolayer film)prepared with high voltage and photonic crystals(multilayer films)after high-voltage surface treatment were provided with various ring structure colors.The microstructure models of the two kinds of annular alumina films were established combining theoretical analysis and SEM images.The experimental results show that in the phosphoric acid electrolyte,a multilayer structure color alumina film was prepared by one-step anodization,and the structure color from the center to the edge was gradually blue-shifted.The photonic crystal prepared in the oxalic acid electrolyte could also produce a multilayer structure color under high voltage by controlling the oxidation conditions,and the structure color from the center to the edge was gradually red-shifted.
