摘　　要：基于2006—2019年中国上市公司数据,实证检验要素价格扭曲对企业研发选择的影响以及生产率在其中的作用。研究发现:要素价格扭曲不利于企业的研发选择,而要素价格的提高和要素价格低估的缓解倒逼企业进行研发选择;相较于资本要素价格扭曲,劳动要素价格扭曲对企业研发创新制约更明显;要素价格扭曲对企业研发选择的影响存在生产率的门槛效应,生产率高于门槛值,要素价格扭曲对企业研发选择的负向影响显著提高;要素价格扭曲对大企业、无补贴企业和非国有企业的研发选择负面影响较大;由于东部地区生产率高于中西部地区,要素价格扭曲对东部地区企业研发选择的负向影响高于中西部地区。Based on the data of China's listed companies from 2006 to 2019,this paper empirically examines the impact of factor price distortions on enterprise R&D choices and the role of productivity.It is found that the distortion of factor price is not conducive to enterprises'choice of R&D,while the increase of factor price and the alleviation of underestimation of factor price force enterprises to make choice of R&D.Compared with the price distortion of capital factor,the price distortion of labor factor has more obvious constraints on enterprise R&D and innovation.There is a threshold effect of productivity on the influence of factor price distortion on enterprises'R&D choices.The productivity is higher than the threshold value,and the negative influence of factor price distortion on enterprises'R&D choices is significantly increased.Factor price distortion has a great negative impact on the R&D choices of large enterprises,unsubsidized enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises.Because the productivity of the eastern region is higher than that of the central and western regions,the negative influence of factor price distortion on the R&D choice of enterprises in the eastern region is higher than that of the central and western regions.
