水利工程人工费价格调整指数计算方法研究

摘　　要：针对我国具体国情,对水利工程人工费调整的必要性进行了论证研究;通过研究我国工人人工费的构成及其影响因素,将人工费转化为工日消耗量和日工资单价两部分,根据人工费价格调整指数测算思路,对水利工程人工费调整指数的计算方法进行研究,并以位于湖北、河南、河北、北京和天津三省二市的水利工程为例,对水利工程人工费调整指数进行了实例研究。其结果表明,通过该方法计算的人工费调整指数是合理的,具有良好的实际应用价值。In this thesis,in view of current research and the specific circumstances in China,the necessity to adjust labor costs for hydraulic engineering is demonstrated.By researching the constitution and its influencing factors of workers in labor costs,labor costs are transformed into consumption and man-days daily wage.According to the labor cost index measure of price adjustment ideas,the calculation method about hydraulic engineering is researched.It takes the water projects located in Hubei,Henan,Hebei,Beijing and Tianjin provinces as examples and studies the adjusted index of labor costs.The results show that the labor costs index calculated by this method is reasonable and has good practical value.
