摘 要:文中分析了管制行为对终端区运行效能的影响,提取管制运行相关指标并构建指标计算模型;基于互谱分析原理量化研究指标波动性,分析和预测指标变化趋势,为管制预警决策提供理论依据;以短期冲突告警(STCA)次数为研究对象,分析指标间的相关性、超前滞后关系及影响程度等交互关系.研究结果表明:短期冲突告警次数在一天内具有明显地周期波动性,且飞行程序管制适用性对其影响最大,终端区小时航班流量次之,终端区额外飞行时间占比对其影响最小.In this paper,the influence of regulation behavior on the operation efficiency of terminal area was analyzed,and the relevant indexes of regulation operation were extracted and the index calculation model was constructed.Based on the principle of cross-spectrum analysis,the index fluctuation was quantitatively studied,and the index change trend was analyzed and predicted,which provides theoretical basis for early warning decision-making.Taking the number of short-term conflict alerts(STCA)as the research object,the correlation,lead-lag relationship and influence degree among indicators were analyzed.The results show that the number of short-term conflict alarms has obvious periodic fluctuation in one day.Moreover,the applicability of flight procedure control has the greatest influence on it,followed by hourly flight flow in terminal area,and the proportion of extra flight time in terminal area has the least influence on it.
