预留灌浆孔螺栓锚头连接方式性能模拟及参数分析

摘　　要：为准确模拟桥梁预制拼装墩台间预留灌浆孔螺栓锚头连接的力学性能,文中基于两种钢筋的锚固长度,设计制备了4组拉拔试验构件,开展预留灌浆孔螺栓锚头连接的预制墩台拉拔试验研究,分析灌浆料、带螺栓锚头钢筋的黏结强度与滑移量之间的关系,建立钢筋拉断破坏时带螺栓锚头钢筋与灌浆料间的黏结-滑移本构模型,考虑实际材料的接触条件来提高有限元模拟的准确性.运用有限元软件ABAQUS,建立预留灌浆孔螺栓锚头连接预制承台有限元模型,研究钢筋直径和预留灌浆孔直径、灌浆料强度等参数影响下预留灌浆孔螺栓锚头连接预制墩台的连接性能.结果表明:预留灌浆孔螺栓锚头连接预制墩台所用灌浆料强度不宜小于80 MPa,预留灌浆孔直径不小于2d.In order to accurately simulate the mechanical properties of bolt-anchor head connection with grouting holes between prefabricated piers and abutments of bridges,four groups of pull-out test members were designed and prepared based on the anchorage length of two kinds of steel bars.The pull-out test of precast pier and abutment connected with bolt anchor head with reserved grouting hole was carried out,and the relationship between the bond strength of grouting material and steel bar with bolt anchor head and slip amount was analyzed.The bond-slip constitutive model between steel bar with bolt anchor head and grouting material was established,and the contact conditions of actual materials were considered to improve the accuracy of finite element simulation.By using the finite element software ABAQUS,the finite element model of the reserved hole grouting bolt anchor head connecting prefabricated pile caps was established,and the connection performance of precast pile caps connected with bolt anchor heads under the influence of steel bar diameter,reserved grouting hole diameter and grouting material strength was studied.The results show that the strength of grouting material used for connecting prefabricated piers with bolt anchor heads of reserved grouting holes should not be less than 80MPa,and the diameter of reserved grouting holes should not be less than 2 days.
