摘  要:文中基于Nanoform X纳米超精密加工机床对Zr基金属玻璃进行划痕实验利用高分辨率测力仪及扫描电子显微镜对切削过程中的切削力和切屑形态进行了测量和表征.结果表明:随着切削速度和切削深度的增加,切屑的锯齿化程度增大,而变形程度减小;通过对比分析发现切削力的变化频率和切屑分离频率表现出高度一致性,说明周期性切削力的产生是由于锯齿状切屑的形成;在单个锯齿单元上有主剪切带及大量第二剪切带的形成,这和切削力在单个周期的变化情况也是高度吻合的,基于此阐释了锯齿状切屑的形成机理;同时,结合已建立的理论正交切削模型,对不同切削条件下主剪切区的剪切屈服应力进行了有效地预测.Scratch experiment of Zr-based metallic glass was carried out based on Nanoform X nano ultra-precision machining machine tool,and the cutting force and chip morphology in the cutting process were measured and characterized by using high-resolution dynamometer and scanning electron microscope.The results show that with the increase of cutting speed and cutting depth,the sawtooth degree of chips increases,while the deformation degree decreases.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the change frequency of cutting force and chip separation frequency is highly consistent,which indicates that the periodic cutting force is caused by the formation of serrated chips.The main shear band and a large number of second shear bands are formed on a single sawtooth unit,which is highly consistent with the change of cutting force in a single cycle.Based on this,the formation mechanism of sawtooth chips is explained.At the same time,combined with the established theoretical orthogonal cutting model,the shear yield stress in the main shear zone under different cutting conditions is effectively predicted.
