六安市老年人生活满意度的相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的通过问卷形式调查六安市老年人的生活满意度状况,并分析其影响因素。方法采用WHO推荐的生活满意度量表LSIA和自行设计的一般情况调查表于2018年6—12月对六安市老年人采用匿名访问式调查方式进行问卷调查,比较他们的生活满意度,并对生活满意度的影响因素进行分析,并分析影响LSIA的相关因素。结果回收合格有效问卷557份,LSIA评分为(26.623±6.452)分,单因素分析结果显示,肥胖情况、文化程度、原职业、经济收入来源、慢性病、医疗费用的支出、自理能力等有统计学意义,通过逐步线性回归发现老年人的生活满意度与孤独感抑郁感、医疗费用支付和邻里关系有关。结论六安市老年生活满意度状况良好,应针对有孤独感抑郁感、医疗费用支付有困难、邻里关系不和睦的老年人给予重点的关注和照顾,以提高他们的生活质量。Objective To investigate the life satisfaction status and its related factors among the elderly in Lu'an through questionnaire investigation.Methods The Life Satisfactory Index A(LSIA,WHO Recommended)and self-administrated questionnaire were used to perform an anonymous access type questionnaire survey among the elderly in Lu'an from June to December 2018.The degree of life satisfaction of the elderly were compared,the factors influencing the life satisfaction were analyzed.Results 557 aliquot valid qualified questionnaires were recycled.LSIA score was(26.623±6.452).Univariate analysis showed that,obesity status,education level,original career,economic income sources,chronic disease,medical charge payment,and self management ability were statistically significant.Stepwise linear regression analysis indicated that the life satisfaction in elderly was correlated to loneliness and depression,medical charge payment and neighborhood.Conclusions The life satisfaction among the elder in Lu'an is in good condition.Attentions and care should focus on elderly people fell loneliness and depression,difficult in medical expenses payment,and inharmony neighborhoods,to improve their quality of life.
