摘  要:目的探讨操作模拟考核在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法选择本院妇产科2016—2019级共40名规培学员作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各20例。实验组在教学过程中对学员进行操作模拟考核,考核通过可进行实践操作;对照组采用常规模拟考核,在出科前对两组规培学员进行操作技能考核,并通过问卷调查进行教学效果评价。结果出科前,实验组学员的临产后阴道检查、阴道分娩顺产接生、会阴侧切缝合术的平均分高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学员的后穹窿穿刺术、诊断性刮宫术、宫内节育器取出术的平均分高于对照组,但差异均没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。学员和带教教师分别对该阶段的学习过程主观满意度评分,结果显示,实验组学员分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学员对该阶段的考核成绩主观满意度评分显示,实验组学员的分数低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);带教教师对该阶段的考核成绩主观满意度评分显示,实验组学员的分数高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在住院医师规范化培训阶段,教学中加入操作模拟考核的形式能够提高学员的操作技能水平,提升其学习的积极性。Objective To analyze the application effect of operation simulation assessment in improving the quality of practical teaching in standardized training of resident physicians in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods From July 2016 to July 2019,a total of 40 medical students who received standardized training of resident physicians in obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital were selected as the subjects of study.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,20 in each group.The experimental group received operation simulation evaluations during the training,once they passed the assessment they can perform practical operation.Students in the control group received routine simulation evaluations.Evaluations of teaching effect were in the form of clinical practice assessment and questionnaire survey.Results The average scores of vaginal examination at labor,vaginal delivery,lateral episiotomy and suture in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).The average scores of posterior fornix puncture,diagnostic curettage and IUD removal in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Students and teachers respectively scored the subjective satisfaction of the learning process at this stage.The results showed that the scores of students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The subjective satisfaction score of students on examination results in this stage showed that the scores of students in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).According to the subjective satisfaction score of the teachers,the scores of the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)Conclusions Adding the form of operatio
