摘 要:高校作为培养篮球人才的重要机构,篮球教学服务质量对篮球人才的系统性培养至关重要.抽取四川文理学院体育专业(篮球)学生样本进行问卷调查分析发现,教学服务质量方面,学生对篮球专业教师的专业水平满意度最高,其次为教学内容、教学效果,对课程体系建设和选课系统的便利性等教学管理服务的满意度有待进一步完善.学校支持方面,运用对数据进行多重响应交叉表卡方检验和卡方拟合优度检验分析学生运动场所偏好和差异显著性,发现学生喜好在校内篮球运动场运动所且具有显著性差异,校内运动场所的学校支持满意度有待提升,学生对校内即将投入使用的运动场馆预期较高.建议学校继续加大课程体系建设,加强教学服务管理团队的建设,优化师资结构,提升教学效果;继续加大对服务于教学的体育场所的建设和维护,以达到学校四圆同心办学定位中的环境育人理念.As an important institution for cultivating basketball talents,what is the current situation of basketball teaching service quality and the degree of students’satisfaction.A sample of basketball majors from Sichuan University of Arts and Sciences was collected to carry out a questionnaire survey and analysis.It was found that students’satisfaction with the professional level of basketball teachers was the highest in terms of teaching service quality,followed by teaching content and teaching effect,the satisfaction degree of teaching management service such as the construction of course system and the convenience of course selection system is low.In the aspect of school support,chi-square test and Chi-square Goodness-of-fit test were used to analyze the students’preference and the significant difference,it is found that there is significant difference in students’preference for Basketball Sports ground in school,but their satisfaction with school support for basketball sports ground is lower,and there is more room for improvement in basketball sports ground(gymnasium)and other facilities.It is suggested that the school should continue to strengthen the construction of the curriculum system,strengthen the construction of the Teaching Service Management Team,optimize the structure of teachers,and enhance the teaching effect,in order to achieve environmental education,four concentric circle of the educational philosophy.
