摘　　要：在高校革新建设中高校干部队伍建设是其最重要的一部分,高校干部是高校不断发展的中坚力量,是培养国家栋梁之才的基本保障.四川文理学院始建于1976年,分莲湖、南坝两个校区学校生源覆盖全国21个省市,是一所以文、理、工学科为主,多学科协调发展的应用型本科院校.目前全院教职工1182余人,其中专任教师632人,高级职称教师占专任教师总数的31.8%,具有博士、硕士学位的占82.59%,目前是川东地区唯一省管普通本科高校.深入研究了其队伍建设,可以为其他高校队伍建设提供切实可行的依据.The cadre team construction in the reform and construction of universities is the most important part because the university cadre is the backbone of its development and the basic guarantee to train the national talents.Sichuan University of Arts and sciences was founded in 1976.It has two campuses,Lianhu and Nanba,with students from 21 provinces and cities in China.At present,the university has more than 1,182 faculty members,including 632 full-time teachers,31.8%of whom have senior professional titles,and 82.59%of whom have doctor’s and master’s degrees.It is the only provincial undergraduate university in eastern Sichuan.This paper makes an in-depth study of its team construction,which can provide a practical basis for the team construction of other universities.
