摘　　要：解读了团体标准《煤用浮选捕收剂技术条件》(T/CCT 003—2020)和《煤用浮选起泡剂技术条件》(T/CCT 004—2020)制定的背景、意义、作用及技术指标,分析了标准的内容及性能参数要求,对该标准的理解、推广和普及有积极作用。Interpret the background,significance,function and technical indicator formulated by Technical conditions of coal flotation collector(T/CCT 003-2020)and Technical conditions of coal flotation foaming agent(T/CCT 004-2020)and analyze the content and performance reference demand of standards and play the active role of understanding,promotion and popularity.
