文化建设在贵州乡村振兴中引领作用的对策措施

摘　　要：2020年末召开的中央农村工作会议强调,要把乡村建设摆在社会主义现代化建设的重要位置,全面推进乡村产业、人才、文化、生态、组织振兴,充分发挥农业产品供给、生态屏障、文化传承等功能,走中国特色社会主义乡村振兴道路。文化建设在乡村振兴中发挥着重要的引领作用。贵州乡村振兴中文化建设可以从加强思想文化建设、加强乡村基层党组织建设、加强农村精神文明建设等十一个方面着手,为贵州乡村实现全面振兴提供强有力的保障。It was emphasized in central rural work conference held at the end of 2020 that priority should be given to rural development in socialist modernization,and efforts should be taken to comprehensively promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology and organizations,give full play to the agricultural product supply,the function such as ecological barriers and cultural inheritance,and insist on the road of rural revitalization of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Cultural construction plays an important leading role in rural revitalization.The cultural construction in Guizhou's rural revitalization can be started from eleven aspects,such as strengthening the ideological and cultural construction,strengthening the rural grass-roots party organization construction and strengthening the rural spiritual civilization construction,so as to provide a strong guarantee for the realization of Guizhou's rural revitalization.
