摘　　要：目的分析昆山市社区医护人员对自动化腹膜透析(APD)的认知情况,为APD治疗的应用推广及社区管理提供依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对昆山市10个社区卫生服务中心的865名医护人员进行调查。结果社区医护人员对APD相关知识总体了解的人数占15.5%,了解一点的人数占29.2%。对慢性肾脏疾病知识的认知度最高(79.6%),对APD并发症知识的认知度最低(31.6%),对APD操作知识为40.7%。结论社区医护人员对APD相关知识的了解程度普遍较低,应加强对社区医护人员APD相关知识的培训,以利于APD的社区管理。Objective To analyze the cognition of automated peritoneal dialysis(APD)among community doctors and nurses in Kunshan,so as to provide a basis for the application and promotion of APD treatment and community management.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 865 doctors and nurses in 10 community health care centers in Kunshan.Results The overall knowledge of community health care workers about APD was 15.5%,the proportion of staff who knew a little was 29.2%.The awareness of chronic kidney disease knowledge was the highest(79.6%);the awareness of APD complications knowledge was the lowest(31.6%);the awareness of APD operation knowledge was 40.7%.Conclusion Community medical staff generally have a low level of understanding of APD related knowledge.It is necessary to strengthen the training of APD related knowledge for community medical staff to promote APD community management.
