摘　　要：目的探讨时效性激励模式对干燥综合征合并焦虑症状患者的自护能力、焦虑状态及实验室指标的影响。方法选取新乡医学院第一附属医院2018年1月-2019年12月收治的105例干燥综合征合并焦虑症状患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(52例)和观察组(53例)。对照组患者给予艾拉莫德联合硫酸羟氯喹治疗,观察组患者增加时效性激励模式。一个月后,对比两组患者的干燥综合征自我感受(ESSPRI)、干燥综合征疾病活动度(ESSDAI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)的评分情况以及实验室指标水平。结果观察组的ESSPRI、ESSDAI、SAS评分以及免疫球蛋白G、血沉、类风湿因子水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论时效性激励模式能够提高干燥综合征合并焦虑症状患者的治疗效果。Objective To explore the effect of the time-dependent incentive model on selfcare ability,anxiety state,and laboratory indicators in patients with Sjogren’s syndrome complicated with anxiety symptoms.Methods A total of 105 patients with Sjogren’s syndrome complicated with anxiety symptoms admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(52 cases)and observer group(53 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with Ilamod combined with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate,and the patients in the observation group were added with time-dependent incentive mode.One month later,the scores of Sjogren’s syndrome self-receptive score(ESSPRI),Disease Activity Degree(ESSDAI),Anxiety Self-Assessment Scale(SAS)and the laboratory indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of ESSPRI,ESSDAI,SAS,and the levels of immunoglobulin G,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and rheumatoid factor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The time-dependent incentive mode can improve the treatment effect of Sjogren’s syndrome patients with anxiety symptoms.
