驻马店市居民糖尿病流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的探讨驻马店市居民的糖尿病流行病学特征并对其影响因素进行分析。方法2019年5月—2020年6月,采用多阶段分层次整体群抽样的方法抽取3526名18岁及以上的常住居民,对他们进行问卷调查、身体测量和实验室检测。结果3526名调查对象的糖尿病患病率为14.41%;男性糖尿病患病率(16.53%)显著高于女性(12.16%,P<0.0.5);城区50岁以上居民的患病率(15.45%)显著高于郊区同年龄段的居民(13.33%,P<0.05);糖尿病的发病率随着年龄的增长呈上升趋势。糖尿病的独立影响因素为年龄、尿素水平、高盐饮食、碳水化合物摄入量和糖尿病家族史,保护因素为牛奶摄入量和高密度脂蛋白水平。结论应加强中老年居民的糖尿病健康教育,普及健康知识,做到早诊断、早治疗,同时改善居民的饮食习惯和生活方式,以及加强对糖尿病患者的健康管理,从而降低糖尿病的发病率。Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of diabetes in Zhumadian City and analyze the influencing factors.Methods From May 2019 to June 2020,3526 residents aged 18 and above were selected by multi-stage and hierarchical group sampling to conduct questionnaire survey,physical measurement,and laboratory test.Results The prevalence of diabetes was 14.41%among the 3526 respondents,and the prevalence of diabetes(16.53%)of male was significantly higher than that of females(12.16%,P<0.0.5).The prevalence of residents aged 50 years or above(15.45%)of arban residons was significantly higher than that of rural residents of the same age group(13.33%,P<0.05);the incidence rate of diabetes increased with age.The independent factors of diabetes were age,urea level,high salt diet,carbohydrate intake,and family history of diabetes;the protective factors were milk intake and high density lipoprotein level.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the health education for diabetes among middle-aged and elderly residents,popularize health knowledge,make early diagnosis and early treatment,improve the diet and lifestyle of residents,and strengthen health management of diabetic patients,so as to reduce the incidence rate of diabetes.
