摘 要:高压直流断路器是直流电网中故障隔离的关键设备。针对现阶段直流断路器对开断灭弧快速性以及经济性的要求,提出一种限流式模块化混合直流断路器拓扑结构,对转移支路进行改进设计,在保证断路器无弧开断的同时可以大量减少IGBT数量,降低生产成本,并规避大量IGBT串联均压问题;嵌入的辅助限流模块,可以保护断路器子器件免受大电流冲击,避免电抗器对系统潮流控制的影响,提高系统的安全稳定性。最后,基于PSCAD/EMTDC开展该文所提断路器的三端系统仿真研究,仿真结果验证了所提拓扑能够有效地实现故障分断。High⁃voltage DC breaker is a key device for fault isolation in DC power network.According to the requirements of present DC circuit breaker for breaking and extinguishing arc,rapidity and economy,a topology structure of the current⁃limiting modularization hybrid DC circuit breaker is proposed,and the transfer branch circuit is improved and designed,so that the number of IGBT and the production cost can be reduced greatly,and the problem of series voltage sharing of a large number of IGBT can be avoided while ensuring no arc breaking of the circuit breaker.The embedded auxiliary current⁃limiting module can be used to protect circuit breaker sub⁃devices from heavy current impact,avoid the influence of the electric reactors on system power flow control,and improve the safety and stability of the system.The simulation research on the three⁃terminal system of the circuit breaker proposed in this paper is carried out on the basis of PSCAD/EMTDC.The simulation results verify that the proposed topology structure can effectively realize fault breaking.
