中美新冠疫情防控战的战况、影响因素及机制比较——基于孙膑兵法的视域

摘　　要：孙膑兵法是我国优秀的传统文化资源。中美新冠疫情防控的作战成果存在巨大差异。基于孙膑兵法的视域,详细阐述与比较两国疫情防控战的战况,并构建深度阐释双方疫情防控战差异的分析框架,从指挥层、知道、得众、左右和、量敌计险等五个维度探究中美战疫成果差异的原因与作用机制,并在事实与学理上澄清与反驳了美国对我方的抹黑与攻击。在后疫情时代美方仍有可能借题发挥,我方应做好应对预案。Military Science of Sun Bin is an excellent traditional cultural resource in China.The results of the war against COVID-19 epidemic between China and the United States show great differences.The paper elaborates and compares the war situation of the two countries against COVID-19 epidemic in detail and constructs an analysis framework to deeply analyze the differences between the two countries based on the perspective of the military science of Sun Bin.From the leadership,respect for objective laws,public support,harmony between superiors and subordinates,and correctly estimate and judge the risk of enemy situation,the paper explores the causes and mechanisms of the differences in the results of epidemic prevention and control between China and the United States and clarifies and refutes the defamation and attack of the United States on China in fact and theory.In the post epidemic era,the United States is still likely to cause trouble,and we should make a good response plan.
