摘 要:以西昌钢钒200 t RH-KTB真空精炼装置为原型,借助CFD数值模拟的方法,通过分析射流马赫数、射流动压和半射流宽度,研究了常压及真空条件下超音速氧气射流的特性。研究结果表明:射流马赫数随着环境压力的降低而增加,但以牺牲流动稳定性为代价;尽管存在“流动不稳定”的情况,但适当降低环境压力至10000 Pa有助于减小半射流宽度;当环境压力降至1000 Pa时,射流变得非常不稳定,膨胀严重不足会使流动在0.9 m处出现真空断层。In this paper,the characteristics of supersonic oxygen jet under vacuum and atmospheric pressure are studied.Taking the 200 t RH-KTB vacuum refining device of Xichang Vanadium and Titanium Co.,Ltd as the model sample,the research was based on CFD numerical simulation and analysis of jet Mach number,jet flow pressure as well as half jet width,The results indicated that the jet Mach number increases with the decrease of the environmental pressure,but at the cost of flow stability;Despite"flow instability",appropriately reducing the environmental pressure to 10000 Pa will help to reduce half jet width;When it reaches 1000 Pa,the jet becomes very unstable,and thus severe insufficient expansion will cause a vacuum fault in the flow at 0.9 m.
