摘  要:为了提高无挡板立式搅拌釜的混合性能,应用离散元法研究了操作参数和结构参数对颗粒混合性能的影响。应用接触数法对不同参数下的混合度进行评价,结合颗粒的空间合角速度来分析颗粒混合的特性。研究结果表明:转速越大,混合度越高;搅拌桨离底高度越大,表面混合度越大,底面混合度越小;桨叶半径为33 mm时混合性能较优;桨叶数目越多,混合度越小。In order to improve the mixing performance of the baffle-free vertical stirred tank,the effects of operating parameters and structural parameters on the particle mixing performance were studied using discrete element method(DEM).The contact number method was applied to evaluate the mixing degree of each parameter,and the characteristics of particle mixing are analyzed in conjunction with the spatial angular velocity of the particles.It was found that the greater the rotation speed,the higher the degree of mixing;the greater the height of the stirring paddle from the bottom,the greater the surface mixing degree,and the lower the bottom mixing degree.The best mixing performance can be found when the blade radius is 33 mm;the greater the number of blades,the smaller the mixing degree.
