摘 要:近期生产的高碳硬线钢65Mn在拉拔过程中存在断丝现象,严重影响了生产节奏和产品质量。通过对近期生产的65Mn进行跟踪取样并对其铸坯(160 mm×160 mm)中心C偏析进行分析,发现铸坯中心的C偏析较为严重,分析认为末端电磁搅拌并未有效发挥减轻铸坯中心C偏析的作用,是导致65Mn钢凝固中心C偏析严重的主要原因。文中通过射钉实验,在保证末搅位置不变、满足连铸机大生产的情况下,分别在不同拉速和比水量条件下对末端电磁搅拌安装位置处65Mn的铸坯凝固壳厚度和液芯尺寸进行测定,对65Mn连铸工艺进行优化,并建立方坯凝固传热模型进行验证,有效减轻65Mn铸坯中心C偏析。The wire breaking phenomenon of high carbon hard wire steel 65Mn produced recently has huge impact on productivity and product quality.The C segregation in the center of the slab(160 mm×160 mm)was analyzed by tracking and sampling 65Mn produced recently.It is considered that the end electromagnetic stirring does not play the most effective role in reducing the C segregation in the slab center,which is the main reason for serious C segregation in solidification center of 65Mn steel.In this paper,the thickness of solidified shell and the size of liquid core of 65Mn slab at the end electromagnetic stirring installation position were measured under different casting speed and specific water content by nail shooting experiment.The process of 65Mn continuous casting was optimized,and the solidification heat transfer model of billet was established for verification,which effectively reduced the central C segregation of 65Mn billet.
