摘 要:针对新钢连退卷出现批量中部起筋的现象,采取从后道工序往前道工序轧制工况逐步排查的分析方法,发现冷轧卷起筋位置对应热轧卷的屈服强度异常偏高,且与热轧轧辊防剥落水是否使用有直接关系。因此,对钢卷热轧生产过程进行技术改进后,中部起筋率降低了97.57%以上,恢复到正常水平。In view of the phenomenon that a large number of ribbing defects appear in the annealing coil of Xinsteel,this paper adopts the analysis method of gradually checking the rolling conditions from the later process to the previous process.It was found that the yield strength of the cold rolled coil corresponding to the position of hot rolled coil was abnormally high,which was directly related to the use of anti-stripping water for the hot rolled rolls.Therefore,after the technical improvement of hot rolling production process of the steel coil,the ribbing defect raising rate in the middle part is reduced by more than 97.57%,and returned to the normal level.
