摘 要:针对本公司转炉烟道受热管表面异常减薄现象,经过对受热管减薄部分取样,对受热管横截面进行宏观和微观观察以及样品化学成分分析,根据样品中金相组织变化,最终确定受热管壁异常减薄发生在受热管的表面,通过对受热管表面覆盖物进行能谱分析,确定了其成分和来源,结合金相组织和能谱分析结果,判断出受热管壁减薄的主要原因是由转炉烟气的冲刷所致。经对受热管表面焊接耐磨金属及减少有害废钢的使用,改善烟道受热管环境,使得受热管的使用寿命延长30%。In view of the abnormal surface thinning of the heating tube in converter flue of our company,the thinned part of the heating tube is sampled,the cross section of the heating tube is macroscopically and microscopically observed,and the chemical composition of the sample is analyzed.It is found that abnormal thinning occurs on the surface of the heating pipe through the observation of the metallographic structure changes.Through the energy spectrum analysis of the surface covering of the heated tube,the composition and source are determined.Combined with the results of metallographic structure and energy analysis,it is determined that the main reason for the thinning of heating pipe wall is the flush of converter flue gas.After welding wear-resistant metal on the surface of the heating pipe,reducing the use of harmful steel scrap and improving the environment of the flue heating pipe,the service life of the company’s heating pipe has been extended by 30%.
