摘　　要：中国共产党防控执政风险的历史逻辑和现实逻辑表明,中国共产党以源于人民、为了人民和依靠人民作为防控执政风险的指导思想,以实现、维护和发展人民的根本利益作为防控执政风险的执政起点、目标和归宿,以依靠人民作为防控执政风险的根本途径。习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中提出"以人民为中心"基本方略,是对于中国共产党防控执政风险指导思想的继承与发展,在中国特色社会主义进入新时代以后",以人民为中心"基本方略实现了对于中国共产党防控执政风险的现实构建。The historical and realistic logic of the CPC’s prevention and control of ruling risks shows that the CPC’s guiding ideology of prevention and control of ruling risks is from the people,for the people and relying on the people,the ruling starting point,goal and destination of prevention and control of ruling risks is to realize,safeguard and develop the fundamental interests of the people,and the fundamental way of prevention and control of ruling risks is to rely on the people.General Secretary XI Jinping put forward the basic strategy of"taking people as the center"in the nineteen major reports of the party.It is the inheritance and development of the guiding ideology of China’s Communist Party in preventing and controlling the ruling risks.After socialism with Chinese characteristics entered the new era,the basic strategy of"people-centered"realized the realistic construction of China’s Communist Party’s prevention and control of China’s ruling risks.
