摘　　要：本文依据金字塔底层(BOP)理论,通过1000份大样本的问卷调查数据,采用回归分析方法,对农民工和失地农民两种底层群体创业行为影响因素进行了同构性与差异性的比较分析,为助推城镇化进程中底层群体创业以及为实现真正脱贫与发展提供参考依据。结果表明:征地情境特征是BOP特征中影响底层群体创业行为的关键所在。农民工主要受征地项目类型显著影响,失地农民主要受安置方式显著影响,而政策环境对失地农民创业行为影响更显著;自身禀赋特征对底层群体创业行为存在差异性影响;BOP策略对底层群体创业行为存在同构性与异质性影响。静态特征中价值主张和社会嵌入对两种群体创业行为都有显著性影响,动态特征中可持续能力对农民工的创业行为影响更为显著。为此,本文针对农民工群体和失地农民群体分别提出了差别化的创业扶持政策建议。Based on the theory of bottom of the pyramid(BOP),this paper first constructs BOP model frames of the bottom group entrepreneurial behaviors and then applies the data of 1000 large sample questionnaire survey to conduct a regression analysis.The results of the study show that the situational characteristics of land acquisition are the key factors influencing the entrepreneurial behaviors of the bottom group.Migrant workers are significantly affected by the types of land acquisition projects while land-lost farmers are significantly affected by the way of resettlement.However,the policy environment has a more significant impact on the entrepreneurial behavior of land-lost farmers.The characteristics of their own endowment have a different impact on the entrepreneurial behavior of the bottom group.BOP strategy has an impact on the isomorphism and heterogeneity of entrepreneurial behaviors of the bottom group.Among static characteristics,the variables of value proposition and social embeddedness have significant influence on entrepreneurial behaviors of both groups.Among dynamic characteristics,the variable of sustainability has more significant influence on entrepreneurial behaviors of migrant workers.Based on the above findings,suggestions are made to help improve the success rate of the entrepreneurship for migrant workers and land-lost farmers.
