摘　　要：在乡村振兴过程中,农民合作社是实现产业兴旺的有效主体,也是促进乡村组织振兴的坚实基础,其多维功能对于农业农村优先发展具有重要作用。在对内蒙古锡林郭勒盟调研基础上,以案例形式呈现了合作社功能演化的逻辑及其背后的驱动元素。在乡村振兴过程中牧区合作社的功能已经实现了从传统向现代的转型,即在以三产融合、乡村治理的多元化、人才要素聚集以及明确的代际分工等积极因素驱动之下,牧区合作社在生产基础上呈现出了良好社会效益、成为吸引人才返乡就业的有效平台,合作社逐渐演化为乡村治理的新型主体,并且有效实现了牧区产业与文化传播的有效融合。这种转型与超越有效地促进了牧区合作社功能升级,对于乡村振兴具有很大的促进作用。In the process of rural revitalization,farmer cooperatives are effective subjects to realize industrial prosperity and solid foundations to promote the revitalization of rural organizations.Their multi-dimensional functions play an important role in promoting the priority development of agriculture and rural areas.In view of this,based on the investigation of Xilingol league in Inner Mongolia,this study presents the logic of cooperative function evolution and its driving elements in the current development of pastoral areas in the form of cases.The study found that in the rural revitalization of pastoral areas cooperative functionality is implemented in the process of the transition from traditional to modern,namely in the tertiary industry integration,diversification of rural governance,and the aggregation of talent elements and clear division of intergenerational under different factors,such as the effective drive,pastoral areas cooperative production based on presented the strong social benefit,the play of the siphon effect has become the effective platform for attracting talents returning home,at the same time,the cooperative gradually become a new subject of the rural governance,and pastoral areas by cooperatives and industry and the effective integration of the culture communication.This transformation and transcendence effectively promoted the function evolution of cooperative in pastoral areas and played a certain role in promoting rural revitalization.
