清心滋肾汤加减治疗心肾不交型绝经前后诸证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清心滋肾汤加减治疗绝经前后诸证心肾不交型的临床疗效。方法:选择符合绝经前后诸证心肾不交型诊断患者60例,随机分为两组各30例,治疗组予清心滋肾汤加减治疗,对照组予坤泰胶囊口服,两组疗程均为3个月。观察两组治疗前后kupermann评分、性激素水平变化及临床疗效。结果:清心滋肾汤加减可有效降低血清FSH水平,升高雌二醇水平,效果与对照组相当(P﹥0.05);可有效降低kupermann评分,且优于对照组(P<0.05);临床总有效率90.0%明显高于对照组66.7%(P<0.05)。结论:清心滋肾汤加减治疗绝经前后诸证心肾不交型临床疗效确切。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Qingxin Zishen decoction which is developed under the guidance of disorder of heart-kidney-uterus axis on pre-and post-menopausal syndromes of disharmony of heart and kidney.Methods:60 cases of selected patients,who were diagnosed as pre-and post-menopausal syndromes of disharmony of heart and kidney,were randomly divided into two groups,30 caces in each group.The treatment group was treated with modified Qingxin Zishen decoction,while the control group was treated with oral Kuntai capsule.The changes of Kupermann score,sex hormone level and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment.Results:Modified Qingxin Zishen decoction could effectively reduce the level of serum FSH and increase the level of Estradio;its effect was similar to that of control group(P﹥0.05).It could effectively decrease Kupermann score,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P﹤0.05).The clinical total effective rate of treatment group was 90.0%and significantly higher than 66.7%of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified Qingxin Zishen decoction on pre-and post-menopausal syndromes of disharmony of heart and kidney is definite.
