温阳通络针灸疗法治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温阳通络针灸疗法治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性肥厚性咽炎患者180例,随机分为两组,治疗组予温阳通络针灸疗法治疗;对照组予慢严舒柠清喉利咽颗粒治疗,14日后比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.6%,对照组总有效率为67.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗组治疗前后症状、体征积分明显改善(P﹤0.05)。结论:温阳通络针灸疗法治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wenyang Tongluo acupuncture therapy on chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis.Methods:180 cases of selected patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated by Wenyang Tongluo acupuncture therapy,while the control group was treated with oral Manyan Shuning Qinghou Liyan granule.After 14 days of treatment,the curative effect was compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 95.6%in treatment group and 67.8%in control group.Compared between two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The scores of symptom and physical sign of treatment group were significantly improved after treatment(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Tongluo acupuncture therapy has obvious curative effect on chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis.
