摘　　要：通过介绍地级城市12328电话数据分析的着力点、基本思路、准备工作、关键技术和可视化展示方法,分析了以“月度简报+季度通报+专题分析”为主要载体的数据分析成果及其在行业管理和综合执法等方面的应用。The paper introduces the focus,basic ideas,preparations,key technologies and visual display methods of 12328 telephone data analysis at the municipal level,as well as the application of data analysis results in industry management and comprehensive law enforcement with“monthly briefing+quarterly bulletin+special analysis”as the main carrier.
