摘 要:目的:研究莪术二酮对人宫颈癌Hela细胞增殖、凋亡和侵袭的作用,为开发具有抗肿瘤活性的中药提供依据。方法:将Hela细胞分为对照组,莪术二酮低剂量组(12.5μmol/L)、莪术二酮中剂量组(25μmol/L)和莪术二酮高剂量组(50μmol/L)等四组。不同剂量的莪术二酮作用于Hela细胞12~48 h后,检测肿瘤细胞增殖、凋亡和侵袭的情况。结果:与对照组比较,各组莪术二酮均能不同程度抑制Hela细胞的增殖和侵袭(P<0.01,P<0.01),诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡(P<0.01),并具有一定的剂量和时间依赖关系。结论:莪术二酮能够抑制人宫颈癌Hela细胞的增殖和侵袭,促进肿瘤细胞的凋亡,有进一步开发成为抗肿瘤中药的潜在价值。Objective To study the effect of Curdione on the proliferation,apoptosis and invasion of human cervical carcinoma Hela cells,which provided basic data for developing tranditional Chinese medicine with antitumor.Method The Hela cells were divided into control group,Curdione low dose group(12.5μmol/L),Curdione middle dose group(25μmol/L)and Curdione high dose group(50μmol/L).Hela cells were checked with proliferation,apoptosis and invasion after being treatmented with different concentrations of Curdione for 12~48 h.Results Each group of Curdione could significantly inhibit cancer cells proliferation and invasive ability(P<0.01,P<0.01),induce Hela cells apoptosis(P<0.01)in a time and dose-dependent manner,compared with the control group.Conclusion Our results indicated that Curdione could inhibit the proliferation and invasion,induce apoptosis of cervical carcinoma Hela cells,which has a great potential value for developing new anti-tumor tranditional Chinese medicine.
