摘　　要：目的:运用回顾性方法探讨健康体检人群的尿液pH值变化趋势,以了解淮安涟水地区人群膳食结构情况。方法:对2017年~2019年的9967名健康体检者的尿pH值进行统计学分析。结果:2017年~2019年pH值≤5.0的人群逐渐减少,pH值>5.0~5.5的人群逐渐增多,从17.58%上升至53.58%;在三年中2019年尿pH值相对较高,同一年份男女对比,男性pH值均低于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:淮安涟水地区人群pH值的变化趋势提示人群膳食结构在发生着改变,在健康管理中应根据体检者的pH值进一步实施饮食结构调查,干预不健康的生活习惯,加强健康饮食观念。Objective To explore the trend of urine pH value in healthy people by retrospective method,so as to understand the dietary structure of people in Lianshui area of Huai′an.Method The urine pH value of 9967 healthy people from 2017 to 2019 was statistically analyzed.Results The number of people with pH≤5.0 gradually decreased from 2017 to 2019,and the number of people with pH>5.0~5.5 increased gradually,from 17.58%to 53.58%.The urine pH value in 2019 was relatively high in the three years,and the male pH value was lower than the female in the same year.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The change trend of pH value of population in Lianshui area of Huai′an indicates that the dietary structure of population is changing.In health management,we should carry out further investigation of dietary structure according to the pH value of physical examinees,intervene unhealthy living habits and strengthen the concept of healthy diet.
