深大基坑水力机械与土方机械组合开挖施工技术

摘　　要：深大基坑采用冲土泵送方法开挖时,水力机械与土方机械有多种配合使用的形式,每种形式对应的冲土开挖效率、工作面展开速度、边角土与基层土开挖方法都有很大差异.通过杭州奥体中心主体育馆、游泳馆项目实例,介绍了深大基坑使用水力机械与土方机械进行土方开挖与运输的施工技术,其中较好的组合形式是在开挖断面上立体布置水力机械与土方机械,达到加大泥浆形成密度,提高出土效率的目的.When deep foundation excavation is excavated by soil flushing pumping method,hydraulic machinery and earth moving machinery are used in many ways.The efficiency of soil flushing excavation,the spreading speed of working face,and the excavation methods of corner soil and base soil are very different for each form.This paper introduces the application of hydraulic machinery and earth moving machinery in deep foundation excavation by taking the main gymnasium and natatorium of Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center as examples.The construction technology of earthwork excavation and transportation,in which the better combination form of hydraulic machinery and earthwork machinery is the three-dimensional layout of hydraulic machinery and earthwork machinery on the excavation section,so as to increase the density of mud formation and speed up the excavation efficiency.
