摘 要:当锚杆成孔遇填土、淤泥质土、粉土等松散易塌地层时,由于抗浮锚杆成孔通常多采用潜孔锤钻机钻进,孔底岩层受冲击成粉状后与水经高风压空气混合成浆液向孔外喷出,对孔壁产生较大的冲刷,容易造成孔壁坍塌,导致锚杆成孔困难。由此提出松散地层地下结构抗浮锚杆双钻头顶驱钻进成孔施工技术,对其原理、工艺流程、操作要点、实施效果进行了系统阐述。实践表明,本项技术在工程应用中取得了显著成效,具有工效高、质量可靠、机械简单等优点。When forming the hole for anchors in loose and collapsible stratum such as fill,mucky soil and silt,the DTH hammer drilling machine is usually used for the hole forming of anti floating anchor.After the rock layer at the bottom of the hole is impacted into powder shape,it is mixed with water and air under high wind pressure to form slurry and ejected out of the hole.It is easy to collapse the wall of the hole and make it difficult to form the bolt hole because of the large wind pressure.Therefore,this paper suggests the drilling and hole forming construction technology of anti floating anchor with head driving double bit in loose stratum.The principle,process,key points of operation and the effect of implementation are described systematically.The practice shows that the technology has achieved remarkable results in engineering application,with the advantages of high efficiency,reliable quality and simple machinery.
