摘 要:以石浦大桥为依托,对深水裸露基岩库区长大承台钢套箱施工技术进行研究。针对钢套箱整体起吊质量大且大型设备难以进入施工现场的难题,在钢套箱施工中采取化整为零的思路,将钢套箱划分为4个节段吊装,设置2个隔仓板,分段吊装,解决了长大承台因地形受限不能采用大型吊装设备安放钢套箱的难题,既满足采用一般吊装设备进行钢套箱施工要求又减轻了封底混凝土施工组织压力,且钢箱梁节段可自由组装重复利用,有效节约施工成本。Based on Shipu bridge,the construction technology of long and large steel boxed cap in deep-water exposed bedrock reservoir area is studied.Aiming at the problem of overall lifting weight of steel boxed cap and difficulty for large equipment to enter the construction site,the idea of“breaking the whole into parts”is adopted in the construction of steel boxed cap.The steel boxed cap is divided into four sections for lifting,and two partition boards are set for lifting in sections to solve the problem of long and large cap.Due to the limited terrain,it is difficult to use large-scale hoisting equipment to place steel boxer,which can not only meet the requirements of steel boxer construction with general hoisting equipment,but also reduce the pressure of construction organization of bottom sealing concrete,and the steel box girder section can be freely assembled and reused,which can effectively save the construction cost.
