推动河南粮食生产优势向产业经济优势转变的SWOT研究

摘　　要：河南省地处我国中原腹地,是我国重要的粮食生产大省。河南省粮食总产量逐年上升,粮食作物种植面积逐年扩大,粮食产量持续增加,但由于粮食生产的弱质性,河南省必须进一步发展粮食产业经济。从河南省粮食生产出发,分析了河南省粮食生产的总体情况,并佐证了耕地数量稳固了河南省粮食生产的优势地位;通过SWOT矩阵对河南省粮食产业经济发展进行了透视,并针对出现的问题给出了相关建议,以促进河南省粮食产业经济的发展,体现河南省扛稳粮食安全的新担当和新作为。Henan Province,located in the central plains of China,is an important region of grain production.The total grain output in Henan province has increased year by year,with a yearly expansion of grain planting area and a sustained growth of grain output.However,it is still essential to further develop grain industry economy in Henan,due to the disadvantage of unprocessed grain.From the perspective of grain production in Henan,the overall situation is analyzed to confirm the stable and dominant position of Henan province in grain production,which is secured by the amount of cultivated land.On this basis,the development of grain industry economy in Henan is reviewed via the SWOT matrix.Then relevant suggestions are proposed in order to promote the development of grain industry economy in Henan,shoulder new responsibility in maintaining food security of Henan.
