摘  要:目的:提出海底管道远地式外加电流延寿方法,验证海底管道远地式外加电流阴极保护延寿技术的可行性,研究远地阳极放置距离和施加电流的大小对管道表面电位分布的影响。方法基于缩比模型理论,构建1:63的缩比模型,建立海底管道外加电流阴极保护系统,研究远地阳极的放置距离和施加电流大小对管道表面电位的影响。结果得到海底管道处于保护状态下的电位数据分布图。结论在实验室实验条件下,远地阳极可实现3km海底管道的有效保护;在施加相同电流条件下,随着远地阳极与管道之间距离的增加,靠近远地阳极的管道端部电位逐渐正移;在各距离下,沿管长方向电位逐渐正移,正移的幅度逐渐变小。在远地阳极与管道距离一定时,随着电流增加,管道表面电位整体负移,管道可达到有效保护状态。Objective to propose a method for extending the lifetime of the submarine pipeline by remote auxiliary anode,to verify the feasibility of the technology,and to study the influence of the distance between anode and pipelines and the magnitude of the impressed current on the potential distribution of the pipeline.Methods Based on the theory of scale model,a scale model of 1:63 was built,and the impressed current cathodic protection system of submarine pipeline was established.Results The potential data distribution of the submarine pipeline in the protected state was obtained.Conclusion shows that the effective protection of 3 km submarine pipeline can be confirmed under the condition of laboratory experiment;with the same impressed current,with the increase of distance,the end potential of the pipeline near the anode gradually becomes positive;in each distance,the potential gradually becomes positive along the length of the pipeline,and the amplitude of the change is gradually smaller.When the distance between the remote anode and the pipeline is fixed,with the increase of the current,the overall potential of the pipeline surface moves negatively,and the pipeline can reach an effective protection state.
