摘  要:全球超过一半的人口患有口腔疾病,口腔微生物与龋齿、牙周病、糖尿病、阿尔茨海默病、早产等全身性或慢性疾病显著相关。随着大众越来越重视口腔健康,关注口腔疾病,光学技术在口腔龋病研究中的优势得到广泛的关注。系统研究了龋齿快速检测方法的基本原理和临床适用结果;介绍了口腔致病菌对消化系统,神经系统,免疫系统等人体系统的影响,达到预警口腔以及全身疾病,保障人身体健康的作用。More than half of the world's population suffers from oral diseases.Oral microbes are significantly associated with systemic or chronic diseases such as caries,periodontal disease,diabetes,Alzheimer’s disease,and premature delivery.With the public pays more and more attention to oral health and oral diseases,the advantages of optical technology in oral caries research have been paid more attention.This article systematically studies the basic principles and clinical application results of rapid detection methods for dental caries and introduces the impact of oral pathogens on the digestive system,nervous system,immune system and other human systems,so as to achieve the function of early warning of oral and systemic diseases and ensure the health of human beings.
