摘 要:铁路货场的作业能力与成本影响铁路货运的调度决策,为了提高铁路货场调度效率,改善货场重车积压情况,以货场的取送能力、装卸能力、搬运能力和货位能力为基础,引入货场繁忙度指标,基于货车作业、等待和运输成本进行成本分析,构建枢纽内货运调度模型。依据货运调度决策逻辑框架进行算例分析,计算结果能为货主筛选出等待时间较短、成本较少的货场,为编组站调度决策和铁路货场提升货运效率提供新思路。The operation capacity and cost of the railway freight station affect the dispatching decision of railway freight.To elevate the dispatching efficiency of railway freight station and reduce the number of loaded wagons at freight yard,based on delivery capacity,loading and unloading capacity,carrying capacity and capacity of cargo space,the index of freight station busy degree was introduced,and the freight dispatching model was constructed through analyzing the operation,waiting and transportation cost of freight car.Through analyzing the calculation examples based on the logical framework of freight dispatching decision-making,the calculation results can screen out freight yards with shorter waiting time and lower cost,providing new ideas in dispatching decision-making for marshalling station and freight efficiency elevation for freight yard.
