新时代公安院校忠诚思想教育路径探究

摘　　要：公安院校是培养公安队伍忠诚意识和使命责任感的源头阵地,对党忠诚是公安院校人才培养的首要标准,公安教育则是塑造忠诚警魂的主要途径。从目前教育现状来看,忠诚教育仍未突破传统的思想政治课程教育方式,其可操作性及培养、考评标准等方面有待进一步明确与提高。通过顶层设计、课程思政、教师队伍、思政平台、文化自信、服务实战六方面完善公安院校的忠诚教育方式,提高忠诚思想教育质量,是新时代公安队伍建设的鲜明指向和基本要求。The police college is the main ground to cultivate the loyalty and sense of responsibility for police forces,where loyalty to Communist Party of China is the primary standard for talent cultivation.Police education is the main process to shape the police spirit of loyalty.But in the current practice,loyalty is still educated by means of traditional ideological and political curriculum,in which the approaches,teaching and assessment should be further clarified and improved.The clear direction and basic requirements for police force construction in the new era is to improve the loyalty education patterns and promote the educational quality in police colleges from six perspectives,that is,the top-level design,ideological and political curriculum,the faculty building,ideological and political platform,cultural confidence and the service of actual combat.
