摘 要:钠冷快堆采用直流式蒸汽发生器,为了抑制其产生两相流动不稳定性现象,需在蒸汽发生器换热管入口设置节流装置。由于节流装置设计为非常规的几何结构,必须通过试验研究确定节流装置的阻力系数以及几何结构参数变化对于其阻力特性的影响规律。本文以蒸汽发生器节流装置为研究对象,通过试验研究了孔径尺寸、雷诺数变化对于节流装置阻力特性的影响规律。研究发现节流装置阻力系数对节流孔径的变化十分敏感,不同节流孔径下的阻力系数随雷诺数的变化较小。通过本试验得到的不同节流孔径下的节流装置的阻力系数值,将为钠冷快堆蒸汽发生器同类型节流装置的结构设计和优化提供理论依据。The steam generator of sodium-cooled fast reactor is a typical once-through steam generator.In order to prevent the two-phase flow instability under various working conditions,a throttling device was installed al the inlet of the heat exchanger.It was necessary to carry out experiments to study the influence of structural parameters on the resistance characteristics of the throttling device and to determine the resistance coefficient with unconventional configuration.In this paper,the influence of orifice size and the Reynolds number(Re)on the resistance characteristic of throttling device was studied through experiments.The results show that the resistance coefficient of the throttling device is sensitive to the change of orifice size,and the resistance coefficient of different orifice size is stable with the change of the Reynolds number.The resistance coefficients of the throttling devices with different orifice sizes obtained by the experiment will provide a theoretical basis for the structural design and optimization of the same type of throttling device of the steam generator of sodium cooled fast reactor in the future.
