摘  要:液体悬浮式非能动停堆组件主要用于对钠冷快堆发生无保护失流事故的缓解,作为国内钠冷快堆中首次研发使用的设备,开发适用于非能动停堆组件的热工水力设计程序是十分有必要的。本文通过分析非能动停堆组件工作原理及结构特点,建立非能动停堆组件的质量守恒方程、能量守恒方程、动量守恒方程和导热方程,利用交错网格思想进行网格划分,采用半隐差分格式和施主元法进行离散求解,并在此基础上完成了非能动停堆组件热工水力设计程序的开发。通过与Mathematica程序的计算结果及非能动停堆组件的水力试验结果进行对比,验证了程序的准确性和高效性。The liquid suspended passive shutdown assembly is mainly used to mitigate the unprotected loss-of-flow accidents of sodium-cooled fast reactors,which is the first of its kind developed and used in China.It’s very necessary to develop a thermal-hydraulic design program for the passive shutdown assembly.The paper analyzes the working principle and structural characteristics of the passive shutdown assembly,and establishes mass conservation equations,energy conservation equations,momentum conservation equations,and heat conduction equations for the passive shutdown assembly.The grid is divided using the idea of staggered grids.The semi-implicit and upwind difference are used for the discrete solution,and the thermal-hydraulic design program for the passive shutdown assembly is developed on this basis.By comparing the calculation results of programs with Mathematica and the hydraulic test results of the passive shutdown assembly,the accuracy of the program was verified.
