摘 要:研究了应用磁性无损检测方法评估核电站主管道用铸造奥氏体不锈钢(CASS)的热老化状态,结果表明在400℃下热老化不同时间,CASS的冲击功随着热老化时间延长逐渐降低,受材料组织不均应等因素影响,单一磁性参数与CASS的热老化时间之间无对应的单调规律;以磁性多参数测试为基础,结合主成分分析和非线性多元回归对测得的磁性数据建立数学模型,对同一批材料的冲击功预测偏差在25%以内;磁性多参数表征方法可以克服单一参数评估带来的数据无规律性,在CASS热老化状态无损评估方面具有良好的工程应用前景。The thermal aging of the cast austenitic stainless steel used in the main pipeline of nuclear power plant was studied using the magnetic non-destructive testing method.The results show that the impact energy of the CASS samples gradually decreases with aging time at 400℃for different times.There is no corresponding monotonous law between the single magnetic parameter and the thermal aging time of the CASS due to the influence of the heterogeneous microstructure of the material.Based on the magnetic multi-parameter test,combined with principal component analysis and nonlinear multiple regression,a mathematical model for predicting the impact energy is established.According to the mathematical model,the deviation between the impact energy of the same batch of materials and the measured impact energy is within 25%.The magnetic multiparameter can overcome the irregular variation of the single parameter,which can be used to characterize the thermal aging state of the CASS in engineering application.
