摘 要:为了推动氢氧化反应器在新型超临界水煤气化制氢发电系统中的应用,初步探究了超临界H_(2)O/CO_(2)混合工质氢氧化反应器的运行特性。在Aspen Plus中建立了超临界H_(2)O/CO_(2)新型混合工质氢氧化反应器的平推流反应器流程模型,研究了反应温度、组分流量等因素对反应器性能的影响。结果表明:反应器内主要发生了氢气、甲烷和一氧化碳的氧化反应,当氧气稀缺时甲烷氧化反应优先于氢气氧化反应。根据模拟结果对反应器末端的氢气残留以及反应器内部温度分布的不均匀问题提出了改善措施,为工程应用中提升混合工质中氢能的利用效率、保障混合工质汽轮机的安全性提供了参考依据。The operation characteristics of the hydrogen oxidation reactor in the novel combined hydrogen production and power generation system based on coal gasification in supercritical water were preliminarily investigated.A plug flow reactor model was established using Aspen Plus to simulate the hydrogen oxidation reactor for the novel supercritical water/carbon dioxide hybrid working fluid,and the effects of reaction temperature and components flow rates on hydrogen oxidation were studied.It is shown that the primary chemical reactions in the reactor are the oxidation of hydrogen,methane and carbon monoxide,and that methane oxidation takes place easier than hydrogen oxidation under oxygen-deficient condition.Based on the simulation results,the improvement measures were proposed to solve the problems of the residual hydrogen at the exit of the reactor and temperature nonuniform in the reactor,providing a reference for improving the hydrogen utilization efficiency as well as the safety of turbine with the hybrid working fluid.
