摘 要:为了解决提高冲动式汽轮机直叶片压力级的叶轮轴向推力计算精度的问题,利用CFD方法对叶栅及间隙流的流场进行计算,研究一维计算方法中的假设条件对叶轮轴向推力计算结果的影响。结果表明:间隙流假设为理想的等熵流动对叶轮轴向推力计算的相对误差减小到约3%,方差减小到0.02;叶根反动度关系式的选取对叶轮轴向推力一维计算的精度影响较大。提出了一种优化的直叶片反动度的计算关系式,能够提高冲动式汽轮机直叶片压力级的叶轮轴向推力计算准确度,为汽轮机轴向推力提供可靠的计算依据。To improve the accuracy of axial thrust calculation for the impeller in straight blade used in pressure stage of impulse steam turbine,CFD method was used to simulate the flow field in the cascade with clearance,so as to study the influence of the assumptions in one-dimensional calculation method on axial thrust of the impeller.It has been found that the relative error of axial thrust was reduced to about 3%and the variance was reduced to 0.02 when the clearance flow was assumed to be ideal isentropic flow.The formula selected for calculating reaction degree of blade root had great influence on the accuracy of one-dimensional calculation method of axial thrust.An optimum formula was proposed for calculating reaction degree of straight blade,with which the calculation accuracy for the axial thrust acted on the impeller in the straight blade pressure stage of impulse turbine can be improved,and reliable calculation basis for axial thrust of steam turbine was provided.
