摘  要:针对旋流泵不同叶轮结构型式所引起其性能差异的问题,以R30式单斜叶片和R15-F30、R15-F60、R30-F30、R30-F60四种分段双向斜叶片型式的叶轮为研究对象,匹配同一泵体,运用雷诺平均的N-S方程和标准的к-ε模型,利用Simerics MP+软件,对不同叶轮型式进行流场数值模拟,对比分析叶轮型式对旋流泵性能的影响。结果表明:当流量大于最佳效率点流量时,其扬程会发生陡降;R-F型式叶轮,当R一定时,随着F的增大,泵扬程增加;当R=15时,随着F的增大,其效率明显提高,且高效点向小流量偏移;当R=30时,随着F的增大,其效率明显降低,且高效点向小流量偏移;R30型式的单斜叶片,扬程最低,其效率在最佳效率点流量前几乎与R30-F30一致,流量大于最佳效率点流量后,其效率明显降低。With respect to the differences in performance resulted from different structures of the impeller in cyclone pump,and with the R30 single-incline blade and four segmented two-way oblique blade impellers of R15-F30,R15-F60,R30-F30,and R30-F60 as studied objects,which were matched with the same pump body,numerical simulation of the flow fields in different impeller types were performed by using Reynolds average NS equation and standardК-εmodel as well as Simics MP+software,and the influences of different impeller types on the performance of the cyclone pump were analyzed and compared.The results show that when the flow rate is greater than that at the best efficiency point,the head will drop sharply;for R-F type impeller,if R is constant,with increase in F,the pump head increases;when R=15,with increase in F,the efficiency of impeller is obviously improved,and the high efficiency point shifts to a small flow side;At R=30,as F increases,the efficiency of impeller is significantly reduced,and the high-efficiency point shifts to a small flow side;R30 type single-incline blades have the lowest head,and their efficiency is almost the same as R30-F30 before the flow at the best efficiency point;after the flow rate is greater than that at the best efficiency point,its efficiency is significantly reduced.
