摘　　要：螺杆式水蒸气压缩机能够通过消耗电能将低品位余热(如乏汽、散放蒸汽、热水闪蒸汽等)转化为高品位热能,从而使得低温余热得到有效利用。MTBE生产中催化蒸馏塔是耗能大户,塔釜加热需要消耗大量1.0 MPa蒸汽。本厂因技术调整富裕了11 t/h,0.2 MPa的乏汽,通过螺杆式水蒸气压缩机利用该股乏汽作为催化蒸馏塔塔釜再沸器热源,节省了加热蒸气。根据对螺杆式水蒸气压缩机的实际运行经验进行技术和经济分析,同时对螺杆式水蒸汽压缩机的可应用领域提出看法。Use of screw-type steam compressors,low-grade waste heat(such as exhausted steam,vented steam,hot water flash steam,etc.)can be converted into high-grade heat energy by consuming electric energy,so that low-temperature waste heat can be effectively used.In the production of methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE),the catalytic distillation tower is a big energy consumer,and a large amount of 1.0 MPaG steam is required for heating the medium at the bottom of the tower.Due to technical adjustments,the exhausted steam of 11t/h and 0.2MPaG was enriched in the factory.The exhaust steam was used as the heat source for the reboiler of the catalytic distillation tower by using the screw-type steam compressor so as to save the heating steam.In this article,technical and economic analysis was carried out based on the actual operating experience in use of screw-type steam compressors,and some opinions on the applicable fields of screw-type steam compressors were presented.
