摘　　要：目的了解晚期恶性肿瘤患者对安宁疗护的认知、态度及需求,为进一步服务临床提供依据。方法选取江西省南昌市四家三甲医院正在接受治疗的晚期恶性肿瘤患者为调查对象。采用问卷调查法了解患者一般资料,安宁疗护认知、态度、需求及相关影响因素。结果213名调查对象中,25.8%的晚期恶性肿瘤患者对于安宁疗护认知程度较好;72.3%的患者会有意愿主动选择安宁疗护的医疗机构;36.2%的患者倾向于选择公立医院;患者最看重安宁疗护专业人员的技能排名前三位的分别为“疾病诊断”“心理治疗”“疾病治疗”。结论晚期恶性肿瘤患者对安宁疗护的认知不足,有待提升,但服务需求较强烈。公立医院应积极促进安宁疗护在患者中的推广与宣传,以促进和加快安宁疗护服务更快更好地发展。Objective To understand the cognition,attitude and need of palliative care in patients with advanced malignant tumors,and to provide a basis for further clinical services.MethodsAdvanced cancer patients receiving treatment in 4 first-class hospitals in Nanchang were selected as the subjects.The general data and the cognition,attitude,need and related influencing factors of palliative care were determined using a questionnaire survey.Results Among the 213 subjects,25.8%had a good cognition of palliative care,72.3%had intention to initiatively choose palliative care institutions,and 36.2%tended to choose public hospitals.The top three skills of palliative care professionals that patients primarily valued were disease diagnosis,psychotherapy and disease treatment.Conclusion The cognition of hospice care is insufficient but the demand for services is strong in patients with advanced malignant tumors.Public hospitals should actively popularize and publicize palliative care to promote and accelerate the development of palliative care services.
