摘  要:本文通过模板工程、钢筋工程、混凝土工程等施工工艺,以达到混凝土“素面朝天”最本质的清水装饰效果。利用钢模板轻质高强、延展性好、表面光洁易打磨;依据设计施工图采用Rhino5.0绘制混凝实体柱3D模型,再由Solidworks导出模板面板图,ANSYS有限元软件建模验算面板、主肋、背楞等强度、变形及模板稳定性,根据计算结果比对、进行优化,选择最优模板设计方案,最后运用Auto CAD绘制钢模板加工图。采用经验法确定混凝土的配合比,结合相关资料对水胶比、砂率、矿物掺合料、外加剂等原料进行试配、试块比对,最后根据其各性能指标综合评定确定配比。通过对各项施工工序的严格把控、实施,达到清水混凝土的装饰效果。In this paper,template engineering,steel engineering,concrete engineering and other construction technology are used to achieve the most essential clean decoration effect of concrete"plain face up to the sky".The steel formwork is selected due to its light,high strength,and the surface is smooth and easy to polish.According to the design and construction drawings,Rhino5.0 is used to draw the 3D model of the concrete solid column,and then SolidWorks is used to derive the template panel diagram.ANSYS finite element software is used to model and check the strength,deformation and template stability of the panel,main rib and back ridge.Comparing and optimizing the calculation results,the optimal formwork design plan is selected,and using Auto-CAD,the steel template processing is drawn.The empirical method is used to determine the mixing proportion of concrete.Combined with relevant data,the water binder ratio,sand ratio,mineral admixtures,admixtures and other raw materials are tested and compared.Finally,the mix proportion is determined according to the comprehensive evaluation of each performance index.Through the strict control and implementation of various construction procedures,the decorative effect of fair faced concrete is achieved.
